To create an account on next-generation analytic signup with a Google account, You will automatically redirect to the next-generation analytic dashboard.
Select the admin option which you will see at the bottom of the sidebar dashboard.
Next select create account option, fill up the mandatory field like account name and website URL and move to the next option.
The process is the same as the Old Universal Google google account, but here you need a Next-generation Analytics account.

Not available for Next-generation Google Analytics
To integrate your Google Analytics account with the Search console, On your Old google analytic dashboard select the Admin – property column-search console option and select it.

Click on adjust search console, next click on add link.
